Alternate cover design, Lauderdale CD cover

An idea sketch submitted to Jim Lauderdale and his art director, the amazing Gina Binkley, as an alternate design for Jim's "Honey Songs" CD. Weird cover-- sort of alien, and most certainly un-Nashville. I don't know what I was thinking. Kind of a cool little sketch, though. Still, you can tell I was pretty durned fried when I did this-- overbooked, too little sleep, and wrestling with a concept that for some reason just wasn't clicking for me at first.
