grateful dead art

Dear Mr. Truman,

I have always been a huge fan of your artwork, particularly your grateful dead song art. Wow!! some of the most stunning depictions of that grateful dead world..amazing stuff! You usually nail it right on the head as far as dead songs go!

Thanks so much. Working with Grateful Dead Merchandising and the band members continues to be one of the most satisfying aspects of my career. I'm so pleased that the work is so well received by the band's fans.

I too love the artwork, comix etc you've done with the Dead. I'd be fascinated to know about the background to the version of "Fair City" that's on the Dead's website?

My husband and I are in awe of an illustration you did for the Grateful Dead, Throwing Stones 2005! Can you tell us the story and or symbolism(if any) behind the illustration? It's so detailed. You're art is amazing, everytime I look at any of your dead art I see something new that I havent see before. Working on a dead project at the moment myself, recycable items making a windmill, the fans of the windmill their own creation of dead, if it turns out good enough I'll post a picture up, keep up the great work.
